- You may not use our platform to harass, spam, or harm other users.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt platform functionality.

3. Profile Name Reservations

When you reserve a teaching or school profile name:
- This name will be held for you until the full platform launch.
- We may request verification before final confirmation.
- We reserve the right to reject or reclaim usernames that are inappropriate, misleading, or violate intellectual property rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Upload or share content that is unlawful, hateful, abusive, or violates others’ rights;
- Disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of the platform;
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our written consent;
- Impersonate any person, group, or institution.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including logos, design, content, code, and branding — is owned by thegurucool.ai or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process it to provide our services.
